Customer Support Specialist

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing phone and e-mail support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, handle informational requests and deliver well-designed and documented solutions to our customers in a timely manner. In this role, we expect you to pursue the highest levels of customer satisfaction and create the experience that reflects our goal of being “Best Choice” in Merchant Services and the Payment Solutions industry.

About the Role:
  • Organize and prioritize work to meet productivity and timeliness targets
  • Create, organize and maintain auditable documentation
  • Develop and demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of core and supporting systems
  • Answer inbound calls, explaining statement rates and fees
  • Investigate merchant transactions
  • Follow up on requested account changes
  • Develop and demonstrate strong competence with Salesforce system and processes
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in merchant services experience
  • High School education
  • Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard and Discover rules and regulations
  • Required competencies include general business acumen, knowledge of credit card processing, computer skills
