Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be overseeing a team of Outside B2B Regional Account Executives that sell Company Merchant Services Products. These products include credit card, debit card and check processing services as well as business financing for small and medium size businesses Nationwide. All of the business appointments for your salespeople will be provided by the company’s marketing department.

About the Role:
  • Hire, Support and Manage a Team of up to 20 Account Executives
  • Daily Communication with a team about their day to day activity
  • Help Account Executives to structure and sell deals
  • Pipeline Management and daily lead disposition
  • Report to VP of Sales on a Weekly Sales Meeting
About You:
  • Minimum 3 Years B2B Sales Management or Merchant Services Experience is a MUST
  • Strong Leadership skills and an ability to sell and lead with an example
  • Understanding of credit card processing equipment and software solutions is preferred
  • Experience in structuring Deals is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independent and make executive decisions
